Jerry Katz
Jerry P. Katz administers the firm's activities regarding real estate, wills and probate, foreclosures, business, bankruptcy and landlord/tenant law. Mr. Katz is a western Massachusetts native, with a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Law degree from Western New England College School of Law. Jerry is a certified Land Court title examiner and has practiced in the Massachusetts state courts as well as the United States Court for the District of Massachusetts since 1983. He regularly lectures on his insights and experiences in real estate, bankruptcy and will and probate law. Jerry is an active member of several professional associations including the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association.

Thomas E. Argenio
Thomas E. Argenio handles criminal and civil cases for the firm, as well as family law matters including divorce, custody, and support. In addition to his private practice, Attorney Argenio is an Associate City Solicitor for Chicopee, Massachusetts where he represents the city in a variety of matters including real estate disputes and other civil litigation cases. Thomas is a former prosecutor who litigated criminal cases for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Argenio is a graduate of St. Michael's College and Western New England College School of Law.

Dennis P. Powers
Dennis P. Powers leads the firm's litigation division administering personal injury cases, complex commercial proceedings as well as employment matters. Mr. Powers is admitted to practice and has successfully represented clients before state and federal agencies including courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for Massachusetts and the United States Court of Claims. Dennis received an undergraduate degree from the American University and a graduate degree from Western New England College School of Law. While attending WNEC he gained the
respect of school administrators, students and alumni as an editor of the Law Review.
